You will need: Small, fresh mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, red onion, fresh basil, olive oil and lettuce.
Combine 1 pint of small local mozzarella balls, 1 pint of locally grown cherry tomatoes, 1/2 red onion sliced thin and 2 tablespoons of garden fresh chopped basil. Splash with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and serve on a bed of fresh salad greens. Roast a little red bell pepper and cut it into strips as a garnish for a real treat. Serve with fresh, local crusty bread.
