You will need: Green beans, fresh fennel, red bell pepper and citrus dressing.
Lightly blanch 1 pound of cleaned, clipped green beans from the garden. When cooled, combine with 1/4 pound of sliced fresh fennel bulb and some julienned red bell pepper. Dress with a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of citrus dressing and serve at room temperature.
