You will need: Broccoli, red bell pepper, scallions, fresh cilantro, Oriental dressing and orange.
Trim 2 bunches of local broccoli by slicing the florets into bite-size pieces and peeling and thinly slicing the remaining stalks. Add 1 diced, garden-fresh red bell pepper, 6 sliced scallions and about a half a bunch of fresh chopped cilantro. Dress with 1/2 cup of your favorite oriental dressing and serve with an orange wedge and grilled locally raised chicken.
