l am very ready for summer’s tomatoes to start coming in. They are starting to appear, one by one... first a tiny Sun Gold cherry tomato and then a few Early Girls.
So after visiting with Katie and leaving with a bag of goodies, I went home and got to work creating a meal with my tomatoes, cucumbers, and beans. This is what I came up with:
