Three Meals Worth Noting

We had three meals this past week using local products that I thought were worth noting.

Fried Green Tomato Sandwich with Bacon

You will need: Green tomatoes, flour, cornmeal, milk, bacon, Thousand Island dressing, chili powder, lettuce and sourdough bread.

You will need: Ham, Swiss cheese, sourdough bread, eggs and butter.
