So after visiting with Katie and leaving with a bag of goodies, I went home and got to work creating a meal with my tomatoes, cucumbers, and beans. This is what I came up with:

Last week we had friends over for a homemade pizza dinner that included local veggies and handmade dough. It was a fabulous meal and we all agreed that no chain restaurant can beat a homemade pizza!
