Yesterday afternoon I went over to the Lake Ella Farmers Market and was instantly drooling over the abundance of local produce.

I hopped on a bus at Penn Station Friday afternoon and headed south to Washington,
DC to visit some old friends. Although I’ve only been away from DC for a year I was
surprised to be reminded not only of the torrential summer humidity, but also of
the many fresh market or local options.
