I have been eating for 30 years, thinking about food issues for nearly 14 of them and working at Bloomingfoods, learning and teaching about food, for the last 12. I believe that what I do changes things. I get up each day believing that I can learn, teach, and make a difference. I want more people to eat wonderful local food. I want my little boy to grow up into a world where farmers are your neighbors and you know the chickens your eggs come from. I endeavor to create this world one conversation or meal at a time.
