I am the Culinary Manager and Chef at The Brattleboro Food Coop in beautiful Brattleboro, Vermont. I am so excited to be a part of the Eat Local movement--a subject near and dear to my heart. Growing up, I was blessed to have parents who knew how to cook--and how to eat! Eating seasonally is the way I was raised--who wants raspberries in February??? Not me! I have just finishes devouring the most succulent local strawberries--still warm from the sun...now that is satisfying. Looking forward to blogging with you folks!
