I love natural foods, gardening and cooking, especially with fresh, local, organic, heirloom and regional ingredients. That means preparing, (whether by following a recipe or cooking from scratch), eating and sharing, enjoying old favorites and trying new ones. I'm also extremely fond of ethnic cuisine, and am always up for exploring new restaurants, dishes and flavors to tickle my brain and expand my palate. Every taste is an adventure!
